Your data in the Libra Cloud

If you’ve logged in to the Libra Cloud, some of your personal data including profile details and health history is securely stored remotely according to our privacy policy.

There are two methods to delete your data from the Libra Cloud:

Method 1: Self-service

Open Libra on your device and navigate to the Settings page. Open the Libra Cloud settings, and then the e-dot button on the top right.

Tap the option to delete your account and confirm. Your data on the Libra Cloud will be permanently deleted, but all data already stored on your connected devices will remain.

Method 2: Via email

If for any reason you’re not able to perform the above operation, you can send an email to support@libra-app.eu to request manual account deletion.
